Section 51

(1)
For the purposes of this Ordinance, the Board may appoint analysts to examine and test any rubber product and to certify its condition, type, method of processing, quality, standard and grade.
(2)
In any prosecution for an offence under this Ordinance, a certificate of analysis signed by an analyst shall be sufficient evidence of the facts stated in the certificate.
