Section 10
—
(1)
All monies in the Fund, including monies accrued from the realization of any investments or assets, shall upon a dissolution of the Fund by a resolution of the Dewan Undangan Negeri, belong to the Government absolutely, and the Board shall cause such monies to be transferred to the State Consolidated Fund.
(2)
All assets, other than the monies mentioned in subsection
(1)
, shall upon dissolution of the Fund, be conveyed or transferred by the Board to the State Financial Secretary, a corporation incorporated under the State Financial Secretary (Incorporation) Ordinance, 2000
