Section 49

(1)
The Minister may, at any time, if he considers it necessary in the public interest, appoint in writing an auditor or any other qualified person to conduct a special audit on the Board or on any investment made or the administration or management of the
Fund.
(2)
The scope of the special audit shall be stated in the letter of appointment by the Minister.
