Section 20

The Government may, upon the recommendations of the

Minister, make advances to the Board, either by way of grant or by way of loan, or partly by grant or partly by loan, and upon such terms and subject to such conditions as the Government may think fit for the purpose of assisting the Board to perform any function which it is empowered to perform by virtue of this Ordinance.
