Section 22
—
(1)
Except for any of the purposes of this Ordinance or for any civil or criminal proceedings under any written law, no member, officer or servant of the Board shall disclose any information which has been obtained by him in the course of his duties and which is not published in pursuance of this Ordinance.
(2)
Any person contravening subsection (1) shall be guilty of an offence: Penalty, a fine of five thousand ringgit and imprisonment for one year.
