Section 47
The principal Act is amended by substituting for section 31w the following section:
“Inquiry 31w. The Audit Oversight Board may appoint such number of Inquiry Officers as the Board considers necessary for the purposes of carrying out an inquiry where there has been a—
(a)
contravention of any provision of this Part; or
(b)
breach or failure to comply with—
(i)
any condition imposed under subsection 31o(3);
or
(ii)
any written notice or guidelines issued by the
Commission.”.
