Section 62
(1)
The Tribunal shall have all the powers of a Sessions Court
Judge for the purposes of summoning and enforcing the attendance of witnesses, the discovery and production of documents and material objects, administering oath and recording evidence.
(2)
All costs incidental to any proceedings before a Tribunal shall subject to the discretion of the Tribunal.
(3)
An order of the Tribunal shall be enforceable as if it was a judgment of a Sessions Court.
