Organization to deal with authorized person

Section 86
(1)
In all matters pertaining to benefits under this Act, the
Organization may deal directly with the self-employed insured person or his dependants, or an official of a registered institution authorized in writing by such self-employed insured person or his dependants, or a legal practitioner representing such self-employed insured person or his dependants.
(2)
The Organization may refuse to entertain any representation made by any other person.
