Establishment and maintenance of hospitals, etc.

The Organization may establish and maintain such hospitals, dispensaries and other medical and surgical services as the
Organization thinks fit for the benefit of self-employed insured persons.
(2)
The Organization may enter into agreement with any
Government, local authority, person, private or individual in regard to the provisions of medical treatment and attendance for self-employed insured persons in any area and payment of the cost of such medical treatment and attendance.
