Section 11
The Board shall keep or cause to be kept books which shall contain true and regular accounts of all receipts, deductions and payments of the Board, and the said books shall at all reasonable times be open to inspection by any member of the Board and by the auditor appointed by the Minister of Finance and by any other person authorized by the Minister of Finance to inspect the same. The accounts of the Board shall be audited at least once in every year by an auditor appointed in that behalf by the Minister of Finance and a copy of such accounts so audited shall be submitted by the Board to the Minister of Finance who shall cause the same to be published in the Gazette.
