Section 15
(1)
No lottery shall be promoted or administered by the Board otherwise than in accordance with this Act and of any rules made thereunder relating thereto, and of the terms and conditions of the order made under section 7 permitting such lottery, or otherwise than in accordance with the prospectus relating to such lottery published by the Board under the provisions of section 8.
(2)
Any member, officer, servant or agent of the Board acting or attempting to act in contravention of the provisions of this section shall be guilty of an offence against this Act.
(3)
Any person abetting the commission of an offence under subsection (2) shall be guilty of an offence against this Act.
