Section 98
(1)
No misnomer or inaccurate description of any person or premises named or described in any document prepared, issued or served for the purposes of this Act or any regulations made under this Act shall in any way affect the operation of this Act or any regulations made under this Act with respect to that person or place if that person or place is so designated in the documents is identifiable.
(2)
No proceedings taken under or by virtue of this Act or any regulations made under this Act shall be invalid for want of form.
