Section 12

The principal Act is amended by inserting after section 18

the following section:

“Ownership of Malaysian Standards 18a.  All Malaysian Standards are owned by the Government of Malaysia and no part of a Malaysian Standard can be reproduced in any form without the written permission of the Director General.”.
