Section 60
(1)
The Minister may impose different procedures and guidelines as may be prescribed for the management, conservation and preservation of different categories of
State Heritage.
(2)
The Minister may approve any financial assistance to the owner, custodian or trustee of a State Heritage for the compliance with any procedure or guidelines prescribed under subsection (1)
