Section 62

Any person who destroys, damages, disfigures or disposes a tangible cultural heritage, or alters a tangible cultural heritage without a permit issued by the director, commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding five years or to a fine not exceeding five hundred thousand ringgit or to both.
