Section 63
(1)
No person shall, without the written approval of the Director, transfer, demolish, remove, alter, renovate, export, add to or deal with any State Heritage except in case of urgency and immediate necessity for the safety of persons or property.

(2)
Any person who contravenes subsection (1) commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding five years or to a fine not exceeding five hundred thousand ringgit or to both.
