Section 2

In this Enactment, unless the context otherwise requires –

“Chancellor” means the Chancellor of the Order;

“the Motto” means the Motto of the Order;

“the Order” means Darjah Yang Amat Mulia Kinabalu;

“Registrar” means the Registrar of the Order;

“Riband” means the Riband described in section 11 of this Enactment;

“the Seal” means the Seal described in section 15 of this Enactment.
