Section 6
The Rubber Industry Replanting Fund Ordinance is hereby amended –
(a)
in paragraph (h) of subsection (1) of section 10, by the deletion of the words
"Chief Secretary" and the substitution therefor of the words "Chief Minister";
(b)
in subsection (3) of section 12, by the deletion of the words "Chief Secretary"
wherever they occur and the substitution therefor of the words "Chief Minister".
