Section 7

Section 8 of the Public Entertainments Ordinance, 1958 is amended –

(a)

by substituting for the word "Resident" in paragraph (c) of subsection (1) the words "Minister of Local Government and Housing"; and

(b)

by substituting for the words "Resident in charge of the area in respect of which the licence is refused or has been cancelled" in paragraph (b) of subsection (2)

the words "Chief Minister".
