Section 13

(1)
The Chief Minister may, from time to time, by order published in the Gazette amend any of the Schedules.
(2)
No amendment shall be made under subsection (1) which has the effect of depriving any person of an opportunity to be heard before a decision is made in any disciplinary proceeding against him.
