138. Joinder of offences

Notwithstanding anything contained in section 164 of the

Criminal Procedure Code, where a person is accused of more than one offence under this Act or any of its subsidiary legislation, he may be charged with and tried at one trial for any number of such offences committed within the space of any length of time.
