45. Existing regulations

Any regulations made under the repealed Act and in force immediately before the commencement of this Act shall, in so far as it is not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, continue to be in force as if the regulations were made under this Act until they are revoked or repealed by the regulations made under this

Act.
