Section 16

(1)
On authenticating the statement made under section 14(2)(b), the Registrar shall make on the Register and issue document of title in question, a memorial to the effect that the book has been opened, and that the common property is vested in the management corporation, and upon registration of its document of vesting under the Land Code [Cap. 81 (1958 Ed.)], shall return the issue document of title to that management corporation.
(2)
No entry shall thereafter be made on a document of title except one affecting the common property.
