Section 32
Any person who—
of Strata (Subsidiary Titles) Ordinance, 2019
(a)
knowingly makes any false statement, orally or in writing, in connection with any matter arising under this
Ordinance;
(b)
fraudulently alters, adds to, erases, defaces or destroys any document of title or other documents issued under this Ordinance, or any instrument or other entries on any such documents;
(c)
fraudulently procures—
(i)
the making of any instrument or other entries on any document of title or other documents issued under this Ordinance; or
(ii)
the cancellation or amendment of any such documents, or of any instrument or other entries thereon; or
(d)
suppresses or conceals from the
Minister,
Authority, Director, Superintendent or Registrar, or assists or joins in so doing, any material document, fact or matter, commits an offence and shall, upon conviction, be liable to a fine of not exceeding one hundred thousand ringgit or imprisonment for a term of not exceeding five years, or to both.
