Withdrawal of applications

Section 11
(1)
An application under subsection 9(1) shall not be capable of being withdrawn except with the concurrence of the Director; and the
Director shall not give his concurrence unless he is satisfied that the withdrawal is not, or will not be, detrimental to the interests of any person who has purchased or agreed to purchase any parcel of the building in question.
(2)
Where the application under subsection 9(1) is withdrawn, the
Director shall notify the Registrar or Land Administrator who shall cancel or cause to be cancelled the note thereof endorsed on the register document of title pursuant to subsection 9(3).
