Subsection 26(3) of the principal Act is amended—

by substituting for the words “Part VII” the words “the
Strata Management Act 2013”;
(b)
by inserting after the words “subdivided building” the words “or land”; and
(c)
by inserting after the words “when the building” the words “or land”.
