in paragraph (a), by inserting after the words “of the proprietors;” the word “and”;
(b)
by deleting paragraph (b); and
(c)
in paragraph (c), by substituting for the words “pursuant to section 45, 63, or 66” the words “according to the
Strata Management Act 2013”.
