Section 103

If the Court is of the opinion that any such question as is referred to in section 101

was asked without reasonable grounds, it may, if it was asked by a Syar'ie Lawyer, report the circumstance of the case to the Mahkamah Syariah Negeri Sabah or other authority to which the Syar'ie Lawyer is subject in the exercise of his profession.
