Section 119

Where a witness has given his evidence by way of syahadah and the judge has reason to believe that he is not `adil, the Judge shall order such witness to be examined as hereinafter provided.

Explanation - If it appears to a Judge that a witness who has given syahadah is unworthy of credit he shall cause such witness to be examined to determine whether he is `adil or otherwise.
