Revocation of appointment of Judges

Section 12
(1)
The-yang di-Pertua Negeri may, on the recommendation of the Majlis, revoke the appointment of the Chief Syar ’ie Judge under section 5 and any Judge appointed under sections 6, 7 and 8 of this
Enactment.
(2)
The Yang di-Pertua Negeri may, on the recommendation of the Chief Syar ’ie Judge, revoke the appointment of any Judge of the Syariah Subordinate Court appointed under section 9.
