Section 4
The Yang di-Pertua Negeri may, on the recommendation of the Chief Syar ’ie Judge, by notification in the Gazette constitute —
(a)
Syariah Subordinate Court for Sabah at such places as he considers fit;
(b)
Syariah High Court for Sabah;
(c)
Syariah Appeal Court for Sabah; and
(d)
Syariah Supreme Court for Sabah.
