Section 48
(1)
Any provisions or interpretation of the provisions under this Enactment which is inconsistent with Hukum Syarak shall be void to the extent of the inconsistency.
(2)
If there is a lacuna or any matters not expressly stated in this Enactment, Hukum Syarak shall apply.
