Section 217

Whoever intentionally insults or causes any interruption to any religious officer while such officer is sitting in any stage of a judicial proceedings shall be guilty of an offence and shall on conviction be liable to a fine not exceeding two thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year or to both.
