Section 222

(1)

If the complainant or the accused or any person affected by a judgment or order passed or made by a Court desires to have a copy of any judgment, order or other part of the

record, he shall, on applying for such copy, be furnished therewith by the Court on payment of such reasonable sum as the Court may direct unless the Court, for some special reason, thinks fit to furnish it free of charge.
