(2)
As soon as such date has been fixed, the Registrar shall give to the parties notice of the date of hearing of the appeal.
(3)
In any case the Judge of the Syariah High Court may, of his own motion or on the application of a party concerned and with reasonable notice to the parties, accelerate or postpone the hearing of an appeal.
