Section 34
—
(1)
A warrant of arrest shall ordinarily be directed to the
Chief Religious Enforcement Officer and all other Religious
Enforcement Officers, and any such officer may execute such warrant in any part of the State.
(2)
The Court issuing a warrant may direct it to the
Commissioner of Police and all other police officers in the State, or to any person or persons to be designated by name therein, not being a
Religious Enforcement Officer or police officer, and all or any one or more of such police officers or persons may execute the warrant.
