Section 28
—
(1)
Every summons to appear issued by a Court under this
Ordinance shall be in Form 2 of the Schedule and signed by the Judge and shall bear the seal of the Court.
(2)
The summons shall state the general nature of the offence charged and the provisions and the law under which it is punishable.
(3)
The summons shall ordinarily be served by an officer of the Court but the Court issuing the summons may, if it sees fit, direct it to be served by any other person.
