Section 130

(1)
Any provision or the interpretation of any provision in this Ordinance which is inconsistent with Islamic Law shall, to the extent of such inconsistency, be void.
(2)
If the event of a lacuna or where there is any matter which is not expressly provided for by this Ordinance, the Court shall refer to Islamic Law.
