Section 13

If the State Chief Syar’ie Judge is satisfied that–

an applicant under rule 12 is eligible under Rule 8, 9, 10 and 11 to be admitted as a Syar’ie Lawyer;

that he is in all respects a fit and proper person to be so admitted, he shall by order direct that upon payment of fee two hundred ringgit, the

Chief Registrar shall cause the name of the applicant to be entered on the Register of Syar’ie Lawyer.
