Application to remove name from the Register of Syar’ie Lawyer

Section 18
(1)
A Syar’ie Lawyer may, subject to these Rules, apply to the Court to have his name removed from the Register of Syar’ie Lawyer.
(2)
Every such application shall be made in writing and submit to the Court together with the Affidavit of Support and a copy of it to be submitted to the Committee.
