Voluntary contributions to the Tabung

Section 10
(1)
Any member of the regular forces of Malaysia who is not liable to contribute under section 9 or 9A and any mobilised member of the volunteer forces may elect to make monthly contribution to the Tabung.
(2)
Subsections 9(2) and 9A(2) and section 12 shall not apply to any contribution made under this section.
(3)
The amount of contributions payable by the contributor under this section shall be made by way of deductions from the monthly salary of the contributor and such amount shall be credited to the account of the contributor.
