Regulations in relation to deposits and withdrawals

Section 19
The Lembaga may, with the approval of the Minister in relation to deposits and withdrawals, make regulations as to—
(a)
the manner in which deposits into the Fund are to be made;
(b)
the provision for separate accounts to be kept for each depositor;
(c)
the manner in which withdrawals are to be made of any amount standing to the credit of any depositor’s account;
and
(d)
the evidence to be produced on any application for withdrawal.
