Investment of Fund

Section 20
(1)
The assets of the Fund shall, in so far as they are not required to be expended by the Lembaga under this Act, be invested wholly or partly within Malaysia or outside Malaysia and in such manner as the Lembaga may think fit.
(2)
The Lembaga shall not exercise the powers of investment under subsection (1) without the approval of the Minister.
