Imposition of tolls

Section 2
(1)
It shall be lawful for the Minister charged with responsibility for works with the concurrence of the Treasury, from time to time by order to impose tolls to be paid for the use by vehicles of such roads or any part thereof or of such bridges as may be specified in the order.
In this section, the expressions “roads” and “bridges” mean federal roads and federal bridges, respectively.
(2)
Any order made under subsection (1) shall specify—
(a)
the vehicles or any class thereof in respect of which tolls are payable;

(b)
the amounts of such tolls;
(c)
the place where such tolls are to be collected; and
(d)
the person to whom such tolls are to be paid.
