Section 23

Any person who wilfully does any act (whether of commission or omission) which is a contravention of a provision contained in an approved scheme shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable, on conviction, to a penalty of not exceeding fifty thousand ringgit and, in the case of a continuing offence, to a further penalty of one thousand ringgit for every day during which the offence continues.
