Cessation of practice

Section 27
(1)
Upon the Board cancelling its permit, the body corporate shall cease to practise as a Town Planner.
(2)
The body corporate shall however be entitled to recover in any court any fee, charge or remuneration for professional advice given or service rendered by it where the advice was given or the service was rendered prior to the date of receipt of the notice from the Board cancelling its permit.
