Board may issue fresh permit

Section 29
(1)
The Board may issue a fresh permit to a body corporate, the permit of which has been cancelled, on application by the body corporate if the Board is satisfied that—
(a)
the reason which led to the cancellation no longer exists; and
(b)
the composition of the board of directors and shareholders of the body corporate, at the time of the application, is in compliance with section 20.
(2)
In issuing a fresh permit the Board may impose additional terms, conditions and restrictions as it thinks fit.
