Suspension of registration pending investigation

Section 32
(1)
The Board may, if it thinks fit, suspend the registration of a registered Town Planner or registered Graduate Town Planner
Town Planners 31
for a period not exceeding six months pending an investigation by the Investigation Committee under paragraph 31(a).
(2)
During the period of suspension the registered Town
Planner or Registered Graduate Town Planner shall not exercise any of the rights or privileges accorded to him under this Act.
