Removal from Register

Section 36
There shall be removed from the Register the name and other particulars of a registered Town Planner or registered Graduate
Town Planner—
(a)
who has died;

(b)
who has failed to renew his registration within three months of its expiry;
(c)
who has failed to pay the fine imposed on him under paragraph 33(b);
(d)
whose practice has been suspended under paragraph 33(c); (e) whose registration has been cancelled under paragraph 33(d); or
(f)
whose registration is null and void under section 35.
