Section 42
Except as otherwise provided under this Act a person—

Section 42
(a)
who has been refused registration by the Board;
(b)
who has been registered but is dissatisfied with any term, condition or restriction imposed by the Board;
(c)
who is dissatisfied with an order made by the
Disciplinary Committee; or
(d)
whose name has been removed from the Register, may appeal to the Appeal Board within thirty days of being notified of the matter appealed against.
